Christina was excellent throughout the entire process—she handled my catalytic converter claim from start to finish and kept me informed every step of the way. The whole experience was incredibly smooth and stress-free. They made everything easy, and my car was repaired in just 2 days, which was way faster than I expected. I cannot give Gabby enough praise for her dedication with getting my car fixed and ensuring my car was done right! The team behind her also gets much praise for their hard work making my car look like new. You never want to have your car repaired but, if you have to I would highly recommend Jim & Jacks! From Melina at the front desk to the gentlemen who explained what was happening with my car and worked on it, I was kept updated every step of the way— everything was made seamless. Additionally, when I picked up my car, I was In a hurry, and they were able to assist me By contacting the rental car place across the street so I could simply leave the car at their shop and be on my way! To They really went above and beyond, and I know if I need any auto bodywork in the future, I will be back to their shop. Thank you all!

I had a terrific experience with Jim & Jack’s Collision Center in Hermosa Beach! Albert was incredibly helpful right out of the gate; he provided a thorough estimate and took the time to explain the entire repair process from start to finish. My service advisor, Abel, kept me appraised throughout the repairs and actually completed the work ahead of the promised date. Upon inspecting the car, I noticed they even went beyond the scope of work with a few minor touch-ups, which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, the check-out process with Melina was seamless and the final cost was spot on with the initial estimate. It's rare to find this level of transparency and professionalism throughout an entire team which is appreciated. I highly recommend them!
