He explained that my bumper needed to be properly replaced along with new brackets and a new headlight—something the previous shop failed to address after multiple repair attempts. He also pointed out that the prior shop had used glue on my bumper and even added an unnecessary third screw to the headlight. This team corrected everything properly and professionally. My bumper is now fully secure, aligned correctly on both sides, and has held up exactly as it should after normal driving. I really appreciate their honesty, quality work, and professionalism—especially since they had to fix someone else’s mistakes.
