Part of my wheel trim came off when I must of hit something on the freeway. I ended up coming here and I was nervous because I was afraid it’d cost me an arm and leg and also because I was a female, I’d be taken advantage. But the opposite was true. Eric took good care of me. He looked at my car, explained what happened and what needed to be done. It was a simple fix in his eyes. He told me to wait inside while he got the part (plastic bolts) and try to fix it. He came back less than five minutes and said it was done and he didn’t charge me! I tried to pay or at least tip him but he refused. He was so kind and professional and in today’s world, these characteristics are rare! Thank you Eric and Fix Auto!
