I had a wonderful experience with Fix Auto in El Cajon. They provided excellent hospitality and immediately offered me water and coffee when I arrived. The staff was incredibly kind and even offered to call Enterprise for me, which I really appreciated. They also had a great sense of humor, making the entire experience enjoyable. I like the communication emails I would receive from them daily. They repaired my Honda Civic in less than a week, while most other auto shops were quoting me two weeks or more. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and a team that truly cares about their customers.

The owner, went out of his way and came to recieve my vehicle on a Sunday . Which is the shops normal day off! Then they were very professional and were able to prove with facts that it wasn’t my fault for the collisio… more

The owner, went out of his way and came to recieve my vehicle on a Sunday . Which is the shops normal day off! Then they were very professional and were able to prove with facts that it wasn’t my fault for the collision by staying and presenting vehicle facts that were then presented to my insurance company . They delivered 3 days prior promised execution of the job of my vehicle which was a medium job. I would recommend this business to any , specially to my family and friends.
