I had a great experience at Fix Auto Costa Mesa. I went in to install a front license plate, and even though I didn’t have a holder, the staff member (I unfortunately forgot his name) was very kind and helpful. He suggested I get one from the dealer and offered to install it for free. When I came back, the holder I got didn’t fit, but he still went ahead and carefully drilled and installed the plate for me—completely free of charge—even though they were clearly busy. I honestly don’t even know what all services they offer or how they operate in general, but this was such a genuine and thoughtful gesture that I felt compelled to share it. This kind of kindness and customer service is rare. I truly appreciate the help and wish them continued success. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Fix Auto. I was rear ended and it was the first accident I had ever been in, so I was really nervous about the entire process. Stephanie at the front desk really helped explain everything to me and made me feel super comfortable with the process. I was afraid my car would be totaled, but they fixed it all completely within three weeks! I am super satisfied with the service and the repairs, my car looks good as new. They also went through my insurance so I didn’t have to worry about dealing with anything other than dropping off and picking up my car, and I was even able to return my rental car at their shop. Fix Auto Costa Mesa provides truly premium service! The staff were wonderfully friendly and efficient, and I was amazed by the incredibly fast turnaround time for my vehicle. They even went the extra mile to wash my car. My sole piece of constructive feedback is that the physical property itself, with its overgrown landscape, dirty window sills, and dead plants, doesn't quite reflect the outstanding level of care and professionalism you receive from the team and the service.
