I was rear ended and have been getting the run around from the insurance companies. In order to check the safety of my vehicle I was referred to Fix Auto by my trusted mechanics. I wanted to have my vehicle inspected before I accepted any offer from the insurance company. I had very specific to my vehicle concerns, including I would be able to get a inspection on a salvage title. This place is used to doing typical repair through insurance, but speaking with the receptionist and explaining my situation she was able to make an appointment for me with Caesar who would put it up on the rack and give me some guidance and information to help me make a decision to move forward with my case. Case. Not only did she find the time she took the time to explain to the people there and they took the time to give me the information I needed and some suggestions for how to move forward. They did this all in the middle of a huge move. I am doing including the nonsense with the car accident- and refused to charge me for it. It literally brought this tired old woman to tears haha. I wouldn't hesitate to use and refer to this business over and over again based on the efforts made to help me. So grateful for long-term local businesses that are still out here giving us something to support.

Great experiences with FixAuto. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle repair needs. I’ve used them twice now, once with an insurance claim and once on my own. They are customer obsessed! They do their absolute best to get get the job done quickly, affordable, and walk you through every step of the way. I called them, got an appointment the same day for a repair quote, and because they just happened to have the part available already was out in less than an hour. Great customer service!

I got rear ended and they were able to fix my car and make it look better than before. When picking up the car, I noticed some bumper brackets weren't placed correctly and they quickly fixed it to my liking. The cherry on top was that they washed the outside and cleaned the inside, which I was not expecting. Everyone I encountered at their front desk was very polite and attentive, so I highly recommend them!

I am very impressed with their professionalism, transparency, and courtesy. I highly recommend this business. They were able to accommodate the service according to my schedule, they fixed my car as promised after another business in town not being able to address the issue.
