Joe at the Payson Az Location is amazing to work with. He was able to fix my car and went above and beyond our expectations. He kept us very informed on what was going on with the car. I bought a brand new car and on the very first road trip was side swiped. The insurance company told me that Fix Auto Body was close to me and contracted by them. I took my car into them for an estimate and immediately felt at ease and in good hands letting them do the work. the told me the job would take 2-3 days after the parts arrived. 3 weeks later they called and told me they had the parts. I dropped my car of Wednesday morning, they provided transportation to the rental car then called Thursday afternoon to say the car was finished. It is refreshing to have work done by honest reputable people. Our garage door put a deep 2 inch vertical scratch right below the front Tesla emblem. It was impossible to ignore. We obtained 3 similar estimates and chose FIX Auto. The guys at FIX are professional, friendly, skilled, and helpful. It was not an inexpensive repair because 1) it's a Tesla and 2) Tesla uses a 3 layer pearl white with a final clear coat. The color match and finish coat that FIX applied looks PERFECT. They have earned our trust.
