Had my bumper replaced by them about 4 months ago. The turnover was quick, only a couple of days. They also have a lifetime warranty on what they fixed as long as you own the car, which is nice. I've brought my car because because of scrapes or scratches on my bumper and they fixed it right away. They are extrmely attentive and will help you in any way they can. Also the price was reasonable for the service they did including the parts. I was am very happy with the customer service and the work they did. Can't recommend this place enough to those needing their car fixed!

I took my car into Fix Auto because I hit a bucket on the freeway that I could not avoid. The bucket damaged my bumper and other parts of my car. Fix Auto is great because they were able to book an appointment for the next day and only had my car for a few days. They also kept me informed with all that needed to get done after I dropped it off. They also were so kind to polish my headlights and vacuum the inside of my car without me asking! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Garret was the person helping me throughout the process, he was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and always responded quickly when I had questions. The repair quality was excellent and the car looked like new when I got it back. The team was professional and kept me updated regularly. Overall, the price was reasonable and the result was absolutely worth it.
