I needed to replace the driver side front fender on my Toyota Camry 2022 and I came across this place on Google Maps. As Charles, the manager, promised, everything was done super quickly, he handled everything with the insurance. Bonus points: Charles wrote off almost $200 which insurance mistakenly added to my bill. All the five star reviews are accurate. I came here after my car was hit by a driver in a rental vehicle. I was not sure how to navigate this process but the manager Charles at Fix auto helped me every step of the way. He went above and beyond. He is an efficient & dedicated person who works in your best interest. He responds quickly and the work done on my car is incredible, it looks like anew car. The attention to detail when it came to parts & final cleaning on my car were impeccable. Truly a gem of an auto body shop.

Charles was extremely professional and provided excellent service throughout the entire repair process. He communicated with the insurance company promptly and responsibly, kept me well informed, and the quality of the repair was excellent. What impressed me most was that Charles always looked at things from the customer’s perspective. He helped get my vehicle completed ahead of schedule so I could have my own car back for the weekend, and he even helped return my rental car, which made the whole process much easier for me. I truly appreciate Charles and the Fix Auto Interbay team for going above and beyond. I highly recommend them!
