The customer service, even in just in dropping off my vehicle, has been second to none. The entire team has been so welcoming, helpful and personable. They asked if i was okay in the accident, insisted on calling the insurance company to get my rental switched for more convenience in the drop off and waited 20 minutes on hold. Hands down the best customer service I’ve received in a long time.

Had a GTA on my vehicle, and Fix Auto replaced my right passenger window within 4 days with a OEM part. Upon pickup, I was pleasantly surprised with a free car detail, which was awesome; good rates; great communication from the service tech; and solid work, and it seemed as if nothing had happened. Highly recommend.

Great all around service. Very clean facility, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Parts and services were on point and ahead of schedule. I called a couple of auto shops prior to Fix Auto for my car repairs. I spoke to a gentleman named Chuck at Garden Grove location, and knew I found the right shop. He knew what he was talking about, an obvious expert, but did it humbly. He was so informative, patient and compassionate for my situation from the start. Although I chose this location for the distance from my home, when Chuck got transfer to another location in Midway City, I wanted him to take the car with him because I knew I'd be in good hands. He provided world class customer service. From the first day to the last, he was reliable and I was always able to reach him, every time I called and/or emailed him. He kept me updated and was upfront about everything, so I knew what to expect. I don't normally leave reviews, but this guy truly deserves it. Leaving 2 for both locations. Thanks Fix Auto and thank you Chuck! I'll be back if I ever need car service and will be highly recommended you to my friends and family.
