Great workmanship and a helpful and friendly staff. My father had work done on his vehicle here after an accident and he was so impressed with the staff and quality of work he told me all about it. When we had to bring in our own vehicle for repair and paint I took it to FIX. I was a little nervous because I was paying out of pocket and not with insurance. Their price was surprisingly better than most other shops I had looked at in the past. The intake was quick and easy and the work was done earlier than planned. They to great care to make sure the paint matched perfectly, because it was a newer model car that is not always easy, but they took care of it. I cannot say enough great things about them. I am planning on bringing another one of our vehicle in to have some work done on it. I was beyond pleasantly surprised with not only the cost but the workmanship as well. I highly recommend them.

My skid plate was essentially in pieces and barely holding it together. I was going on a cross country trip for work and didn't have time to wait on parts to arrive. I ended up choosing this place because of the reviews and I'm glad I did. Guy who answered the phone was so kind and let me come in same day to get my skid plate more securely attached. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommended for smaller jobs, customer service, and honesty. They are also Lexus authorized apparently, although I don't have a Lexus (I have a Hyundai)

Fix Auto was great to work with. Their technology kept us updated through emails and texts, the timing they quoted was precise, and even offered to return our rental when we picked up our car. The workmanship and paint matching was excellent.

Staff here was amazing!! Everyone was super kind and attentive. They are the only body shop I would trust with my Mazda because of how particular the paint is. The staff always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle which gave me peace of mind. Seriously couldn’t be more happy with the work they did!
