I had a couple scratches on my bumper from years ago- one that had nicked through the paint into the metal and I needed to be repaired to avoid rust. Definitely the best quote I received. And everything was done in a quick and timely manner. Work looks good!
The level of customer service and communication was excellent. They communicated with Enterprise Car Rental for me and they finished my vehicle a day early. What makes my experience exceptional, was that they washed the exterior and even performed a basic inter detail as well, all on their own initiative. It was an excellent experience.
Had to have work done after a storm surge damaged my front, rear and passenger side on my car. Insurance recommended Fix Auto and I know why. They were professional, communicative, and explained the process. They ordered the parts and were ready to start when I dropped off the car. They kept me updated and finished ahead of schedule. The car looks like new again and, as a nice touch, they cleaned the interior as well as a wash of the exterior. Extremely happy even though I hope I never need them again, but very glad I had them fix my car!
