The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations my car looks great, and you can’t even tell it was in an accident. Victor, the estimator, was knowledgeable and thorough, and AJ, the manager, made sure everything was handled professionally. To top it all off, my vehicle was completed earlier than the estimated pickup date, which was a pleasant surprise. Fix Auto did an amazing job getting my car all fixed up! It was my first time working with them and it was such a pleasure! From the very beginning Suzy helped me get my car into their shop as soon as possible and they were updating me constantly on what’s going on with my vehicle, how far along the repairs were, and even when my car was ready for pick up! Manny is such a cool guy! He called me to let me know that my tires needed to be changed desperately, and even offered to get me quotes from a tire shop! And when I went in to pick up my car when it wasn’t done yet (my fault, I didn’t call before going lol), he was cracking jokes with me as if we have known each other for years! He’s just that kind of person. The rest of the staff was so kind and super helpful, even when I called a couple of times the same day 🥲😅 They also washed my car and left it beautiful, literally like new!!
