Team members were professional, friendly, and helpful. The communication was very good, with updates and explanations as appropriate. The repairs were completed early, which was nice. They worked with my insurance; the process was very smooth.
I cancelled my appointment with a franchise shop because I was referred to Fix Auto Deer Valley through an acquaintance. I'm glad I did!! They gave me a time frame and stuck to it. They provided weekly updates on repairs as well. When I dropped off my vehicle they arranged the rental and even took me to pick it up. When the repair was complete they provided rental drop off service as well. My vehicle looks brand new!! I will be referring this place to everyone I know! Thanks Fix Auto Deer Valley!!!!! The location on deer valley was wonderful they went above and beyond! The office manager was kind and very helpful! She made the difference in me keeping my car and it being totaled. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs it. Thanks guys you did a great job and got me back on the road quickly! Huge thank you!!
Had a rock chip filled poorly by another company. Paint didn’t take and cure and rubbed off. Sad that I didn’t take it to this place first. This place has been the best go to for any type of paint repair, or body repair. Any time I get into any sort of trouble I tend to go to them, and this experience made me realize how wrong I was for going to another company. Front of house is always polite, management and all the painters are always getting the job done to 100% satisfaction. Do not make a serious mistake like me and just get it done the first time properly, take your car here.
