Fix Auto took great care of me. I had issues with my Lexus’s rear bumper and backup sensors, and I came here after a friend had body work done on his BMW and was very satisfied with the results. Vince examined my car, explained the repair options clearly, and scheduled me for the following week. They completed the repairs right on time, and the final cost was very fair. I truly appreciate the professionalism and customer focus of this business. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful. The staff at the Cathedral City go above and beyond in every activity they perform to provide a 5 star experience for their customer. Crystal Chrysler, where I special ordered my 2023 Dodge Challenger GT Plus, recommended this shop and I am thankful for such a good referral. I had dealt with another body shop in Palm Desert on 2 separate occasions in the last 12 months that had good intent at least from the owners day to day involvement but their work was such that I had to take the car back both times for major re-do. There was some improvement but both jobs were not satisfactory according to my meticulous standards. This repair was about half the cost of the prior 2 jobs. I feel that I can trust the work that was done and if something arises down the road, I know the staff has a commitment to correct any issue fairly and friendly! I noticed some buffer swirl marks at a certain angle with the sun shining on the fender that was repaired. I know enough about detailing to be confident they can get the swirl marks taken care of where the natural shine of the black paint looks just like the factory finish. I hope and pray I won't need their services any time in the near future and I won't hesitate to refer Fix Autobody to anyone I know who is in need of body work. I wish I would have known about Fix a year ago. I had no referrals when I needed repairs last April and used my own experiences to choose the other body shop. I made a big mistake and will be the first to admit how wrong I was. The 2 photos I posted are "before" and as soon as I have a chance to give the car one of my hand car washes, I hope I can come back to add the "after " photos. The car had to sit in my driveway for a week before I could get the garage all cleaned up to put the car inside. Its a battle with this desert sand that even infiltrates the garage without opening the doors when gusty winds blow all too frequently !

Great experience. Sayra, Kaitlyn and Vincent were wonderful. Shoes with the insurance company and payment and they were completely patient with the process until I figured it out. We’ll definitely go back to them again and recommend them.

Kaitlyn called and kept me updated on the entire process and Vincent made sure to mark everything that was needed. It took them less than 7 days to fix my car that had a giaaant scratch/dent.
