Charlie Rich Joins Fix Auto Management Team

Fix Auto USA is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlie Rich, Vice President Business Development, to its management team.

Charlie Rich comes to Fix Auto after a long and successful career as a technology, service, and insurance professional. Rich was a key player in the early growth of CCC Information Services Inc., the evolution of the DRP concept, and data standards in the industry. He also co-founded and served as President and EVP, Sales and Marketing, for ProcessClaims, which was later acquired by CCC Information Services, Inc.

Rich’s principle focus will be developing the overall Fix Auto brand by expanding and enhancing insurance carrier relationships, assisting with the expansion of the franchise membership base, and identifying new opportunities to deliver value in the marketplace.
