I had the best customer service experience start to finish with Fix Auto North Anaheim. If you're in need for collision repair I highly recommend them. I had an afternoon appointment to drop my car off. When I got there Enterprise was there waiting to take me to pick up my rental thanks to Fix Auto making the arrangement on my behalf. The check-in process was simple and took only a few minutes. Here's why Fix Auto gets 5 stars. They keep you updated on the progress of the repair via text/email. The updates are accurate and helpful. I dropped my car off on the 3/16. I was told it would be finished by the 31st. Having used other shops in the past, I was preparing myself to not get my car back until sometime in April. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text message update stating my car was ready to be picked up on the 26th! When I got there, Daisy arranged for Enterprise to pick my rental up from Fix Auto. The manager over my repair project John, walked me to my vehicle. He went over the repair with me confirming I was satisfied with the work done. They also gave my car a detail and had it looking new from the dealership! When it comes to customer service and quality of work Fix Auto North met then exceeded my expectations.

The best and fastest repair shop. 10/10 They always update me and go above and beyond when it comes to other minor scratches and paint defects. I will forever come here and recommend this place. They also Charge my vehicle during repairs so I’m at a good charge when picking up. Also every repair comes with a free wash ;)

I recently had a fender bender and needed a quality shop to repair my car. After some research on many shops and reading reviews, I decided to come here. I'm so glad I did. The custmer service was great right from the start of the initial phone call. The great experience continued when I arrived at the shop with my car. It's by far the cleanest shop I've ever seen, which tells me how much the team takes pride in what they do. Everything was explained with great detail and the timeliness of the repairs was amazing.
