They are a family owned business who understand good customer service and quality work. Polite, professional, focused on my needs, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and kind. I had a wonderful experience with Fix Auto Upland. Their team is kind and very communicative. I brought my car after I was rear ended on the freeway. My car was there for almost a month and they kept me up to date with all insurance communications, negotiations, delays, and they even advocated for me to get approved for some better parts (not all were approved, but that was expected, I appreciate their efforts). Over all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank yall so so much!!

This place is excellent! They took care of my 2024 Honda Civic and it came out perfect. They were super transparent on what were my options and super thorough and explaining how the process worked. The repair time was pretty fast and they were sure to update me while they had my car so that made me feel even more secure with them having it. Overall, I would definitely recommend going to this place!
