After being in my first accident, I was pretty stressed about the whole repair process, but Monica, Dennis, and the entire team made everything so much easier. From the beginning, they were friendly, professional, and always took the time to answer my questions. They explained the process in a way that was easy to understand and kept me updated along the way, which really gave me peace of mind. When I picked up my truck, I was honestly blown away. It looked brand new! The quality of the work was amazing, and you would never know it had been in an accident. They really paid attention to every detail. Nothing but great things to say about this Fix Auto location, I feel it is hands down the best one in my area. Everyone was helpful and informative from setting appointment to drop off and communication throughout repair process. When my vehicle was ready I was unable to pick up due to some work commitments on that day, I communicated with them when I would be able to pick up and they were super helpful. I actually had to have my neighbors pick up my vehicle since my family and I were out of town. Fix Auto was super helpful, Monica walked me through the paperwork I would need to complete when I got back and was very helpful to navigate some of the other insurance items through State Farm. This facility is super clean and all the staff is amazing! So great to have a helpful body shop that you can trust

GROK suggested this establishment and we are glad it did. Jesus is very direct, explains the paint-matching process in understandable detail, and gave us a reasonable estimate. We have a white pearl Toyota finish and the minor front bumper damage was repaired and the paint was matched and blended perfectly. Quality work at a reasonable price. Three days total time. Outstanding service and work. The shop was clean and orderly very professional appearance. Jesus and Monica were vetrry knowledgeable and and outstanding customer service. They went above what they were suppose to do. The repair to car were great. Now my car looks brand new. Am I10% happy with their work and highly recommend them to anyone that needs collesion repairs to their cars.
