I ran into something and needed front of my husband’s Prius fixed and didn’t go through insurance. Fix gave me what I would consider an empathetic estimate and then worked with me and my limited schedule to see when I could bring in the vehicle. It is the only car my husband can ride in and I needed it fast. They promised it quickly, and they delivered! Two days and it was perfect! I couldn’t believe how good the car looked, the paint matched perfectly, they had even rubbed out some scratches, before they detailed it. I thought the windows were down, the attention to details was so complete. So, in short, Fix not only fixed my vehicle in record time, they did such a great job that they returned my vehicle in pristine condition. Better than when we bought it, I am so pleased. Oh yeah, they are also all the nicest, most professional people, even those behind the scenes repairing and painting the vehicles. Miracle workers.

It was pleasant and stress free. The office manager was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! The technician, Eddie, I think is his name, was patient, and very astute. Answered all my questions. It was a great experience! Oh yeah, my car, looks brand new! They do incredible work! I am totally satisfied and impressed with the service I received!

Can't say enough goofd things about this place. Lauren who mans the phones is just the best, as is Edward!! My car got smashed up real good on a Sunday morning (parked, thankfully) and I had it towed here due to the great reviews and proximity to our home. When I called them Monday morning to let them know my situation, Lauren was extremely kind and let me know the whole process as I got insurance rolling. The damage was substantial, especially to the front end/wheels/alignment. I was so nervous because it is a lease and I had to make sure repairs were top notch. The crew did an amazing job. I had my car back less than a WEEK later. It;s perfect. Lauren even called the rental car place for me when I was confused about my reservation. It's truly amazing how personable this place is. You just can't beat it. Thanks again!!

We had an accident and we’re offered 4 different place for repairs and decided on Fix Auto, so glad we did. Every time we’ve drive by the place was clean and always had cars in for repairs.
