I brought in my Dodge Grand Caravan after it was damaged in a hit-and-run. The entire left side needed extensive repairs, and the shop did an excellent job. I ran into something and needed front of my husband’s Prius fixed and didn’t go through insurance. Fix gave me what I would consider an empathetic estimate and then worked with me and my limited schedule to see when I could bring in the vehicle. It is the only car my husband can ride in and I needed it fast. They promised it quickly, and they delivered! Two days and it was perfect! I couldn’t believe how good the car looked, the paint matched perfectly, they had even rubbed out some scratches, before they detailed it.
